Dandelion Root

Liver support

15 min brewMorning, 30 minutes before breakfast

What it does

A mild diuretic with traditional use for liver and digestive support.

What the research says

Dandelion root contains inulin (a prebiotic fiber) and bitter compounds that stimulate bile production and support liver function. Traditional use is extensive. Modern research is preliminary but promising — a pilot study showed increased urinary output. Honest assessment: strong traditional use, emerging clinical evidence.

  1. 1

Add dandelion root to cold water in a small pot.
