Ingredients

- ·300ml boiling water
Steps

Lightly crush the fennel seeds with the back of a spoon — this releases the essential oils.

Place in an infuser or directly in your cup.

Pour boiling water over the seeds.

Steep for 8–10 minutes, covered.

Strain and drink warm, slowly.
