Ingredients
- ·1 inch fresh ginger root (sliced)
- ·1/2 lemon (juiced)
- ·300ml filtered water
- ·Optional: 1 tsp raw honey
Steps

Bring 300ml of water to a gentle boil (90°C — not a full rolling boil).

Add sliced fresh ginger. Reduce heat and simmer for 8 minutes.

Remove from heat. Squeeze in the lemon juice.

Strain into your cup. Add honey if desired.
