How to brew

Ingredients

  • ·1 inch fresh ginger root (sliced)
  • ·1/2 lemon (juiced)
  • ·300ml filtered water
  • ·Optional: 1 tsp raw honey

Steps

    Bring 300ml of water to a gentle boil (90°C — not a full rolling boil).

    Add sliced fresh ginger. Reduce heat and simmer for 8 minutes.

    Remove from heat. Squeeze in the lemon juice.

    Strain into your cup. Add honey if desired.

    Allow to cool for 2 minutes before drinking.
