How to brew

- ·300ml water
- ·Optional: 1 tsp honey or a cinnamon stick
Steps

Bring water to a full boil (100°C).

Add hibiscus flowers and remove from heat immediately.

Steep for 5–7 minutes. The longer you steep, the more tart it becomes.
